Assistant Property Manager for a Real Estate Company

A well established, rapidly growing residential real estate company in the District of Columbia is seeking 5 Assistant Property Managers who are responsible, organized, detail oriented, and reliable to join our fun/hard working team. You must have excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service (taking inbound calls).
- Request Proposals.
- Execute Building Repairs & Maintenance.
- Create/Update Work Orders.
- Search and Provide Information the Boards ask for from the Assistant Property Manager.
- File Documents.
- Assist with Homeowner Inquirement.
- Assist with Insurance Related Items.
- Updated Service Contracts.
- New Tenant Leases.
- Budget Tasks.
- File Management.
- Handle Check Requests.
- Review Accounts.
- Complete Date Entry for clients.
- Invoice Research.
- Audit Requests.
- Payment Arrangements for Utility Bills.
- Experience in HOA Management is a PLUS, but NOT required.
- Must have at least 1 year of remote working experience.
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST; Monday – Friday
Benefits:
HMO and PTOs after 90 days.
