Capcut Video + Social Media (Base Salary + Performance Incentive)

Base Salary: $350 per month
Performance Incentive: Up To $400 per month

Potential Base + Incentive Monthly Salary: Up To $750 USD / Mo (approximately 41,000 PHP per month)


This role is heavily performance based because we're willing to pay more for better performance. This role will entail editing short form content using footage we provide. We have cameras setup at each machine in our manufacturing machine. Your duty would be to clip a portion of the footage and edit it.

You will share this video to our company social media account. Your performance bonuses will be tied to how much engagement and activity you're able to gain for the videos. Higher activity = more incentive payout.


Hours: M-F 9AM - 6PM - US Central Time. Your schedule adjusts with US Daylight Savings Time.

Paid training included. We will conduct an assessment after the first week to determine long term eligibility.
