Key Responsibilities
- Brand Collaboration
- Ingest and understand the brand guidelines of the company's clients
- Upload product feeds to the company's platform and troubleshoot any issues
- Design Creation
- Design custom templates and treatments for catalog ads using the company's platform
- Iterate on designs based on performance feedback to continually improve ad effectiveness
- Support & Innovation
- Provide design support for other team assets such as sales collateral and website graphics
- Assist in answering client queries related to design as needed
Must-Have:
- Proven experience as an advertising designer or similar role, particularly in startups or small teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Figma
- Strong preference for candidates proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles
- Passion for working in small, close-knit teams
- Experience working with global or remote teams
- Interest in data-driven design and performance metrics
