Recruitment Specialist

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for roles such as CSRs, creatives, and tech positions. This role involves assisting senior recruiters and working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Work with hiring managers to understand basic role requirements and provide initial candidate recommendations.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and databases using basic search techniques.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and interest.
• Help track recruitment progress and provide updates to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and standards.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to technical roles preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing methods and job boards.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Open to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
