KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for roles such as CSRs, creatives, and tech positions. This role involves assisting senior recruiters and working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Work with hiring managers to understand basic role requirements and provide initial candidate recommendations.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and databases using basic search techniques.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and interest.
- Help track recruitment progress and provide updates to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and standards.
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to technical roles preferred.
- Familiarity with sourcing methods and job boards.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Open to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
