Virtual Online Course Developer

Responsive Learning seeks a talented and creative Virtual Online Course Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and interactive online courses using authoring tools such as iSpring Suite and Articulate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, instructional design, e-learning development, and experience with these tools to create high-quality learning experiences. The job includes:
- Create engaging and visually appealing e-learning modules, simulations, quizzes, and assessments using iSpring Suite and Articulate.
- Ensure courses are accessible, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Incorporate multimedia elements such as audio, video, animations, and graphics to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all courses are free of errors, functional, and meet technical standards.
- Test courses across multiple devices, browsers, and platforms to ensure compatibility and a seamless user experience.
- Manage multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with tea m me mbers. Document and maintain records of project plans, progress, and outcomes.

If you do not know iSpring Suite, we will teach you. If you know PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, we can teach you the rest.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Online Course Developer, E-learning Developer, or Instructional Designer is Preferred.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, specifically iSpring Suite and Articulate (Storyline, Rise) is preferred. If you do not know iSpring Suite, we will teach you. You MUST be proficient at PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning development processes.
- Excellent visual design skills and experience in multimedia production (audio, video, graphics).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
