Surplus Funds Cold Caller, Researcher, Skiptracer & Exec. Assistant

-Part time---> 14 hours a week
-Excellent cold calling skills to educate & book client phone appointments for business owner
-Work Surplus Funds Recovery leads in Florida now and possible roll out to more states
-Excellent English speaking skills required
-Need a confident attitude,confident tone of voice and desire to succeed
-Work on US time (owner on Pacific time, most leads are on Eastern time)
-Batch skiptracing using SurplusList.com and possibly other sites
-Spreadsheets and leads management in various software
-Eager to learn and excel in your work
-Open and honest personality, clear communication
-Follow up with leads by phone and texting 3 or 4x/week until appointments booked
-Experience in using CRMs
-We are using Go High Level and Dialpad
-Provide excellent tracking of calls made and responses/contact
-Weekly report on # calls made, contacts made, appointments booked & wrong numbers
-We will provide a script and many ways to counter typical objections that our leads may offer
-Report back to owner with questions and ideas for increasing efficiency & raising # of appts booked

****Bonuses offered when you book a call appt. with a lead, 2nd bonuses from completed deals when owner recovers surplus funds****

-Use TimeProof time tracker on Onlinejobs.ph
-Fill out weekly timesheet with description of all activities completed for each day
-Looking for someone who follows directions well & is open to training & learning new things
-Collaborative style, offers ideas for improving efficiency, increasing revenue, solving problems
-2 monitor setup or 1 large monitor needed
-Possibly use Trello.com for team management
-14 hours per week, probationary period of 2 months, paid weekly on Friday-end of day
