We seek a proactive and analytical Bookkeeping Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in bookkeeping with Tramda experience and
possess a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.

As a Bookkeeping Specialist at The Consultant Agency, you will be responsible for managing
key financial processes and ensuring accuracy in all bookkeeping tasks. Your role will include
overseeing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll using Xero, and performing risk
management. The successful candidate will exhibit initiative, logical thinking, and a strong
ability to communicate effectively.


Responsibilities:

Maintain precise financial records and manage bookkeeping tasks using Tramda.
Handle invoicing, payment processing, and collections efficiently.
Identify and address potential financial risks to protect company assets.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, taking the initiative to keep stakeholders
informed and engaged.
Utilize logical and analytical thinking to address financial challenges and provide
actionable insights.
Think outside the box to develop and implement creative solutions for accounting and
financial processes.
Act as a gatekeeper for the bookkeeping function, maintaining high standards of
accuracy and compliance

Qualities:

Proven experience in bookkeeping with hands-on experience using Tramda and Xero.
Strong initiative and self-motivation.
Exceptional logical and analytical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Experience in risk management and mitigation.
Forward-thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
Relevant accounting or finance qualifications are preferred.
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
