LazyChimp.com , a tech company in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated full stack developer to help redesign our website and add new functionality. The developer will be responsible for writing the necessary code and developing strategies, which will be handed off to our external agency for implementation. As a company, we rely heavily on your technical expertise and ability to lead the development process, as we are not very technical ourselves.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and redesign the existing website to improve functionality and user experience.
Add new features and custom functionality to the website to meet evolving business needs.
Develop the technical strategies and structure for new ideas, ensuring seamless handoff to our agency for final implementation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on best practices for long-term scalability and performance.

Requirements:
