Job Summary
The Marketing Manager manages the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategy for the company.
- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for a brand
- Serve as a partner to finance and merchandising in determining the viability of new products or styles
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our brands to drive customer traffic
- Managing launch campaigns for new products and/or collections.
- Oversee planning and implementation of promotional and/or sales events
- Be in charge of the marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
- Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications across all customer touchpoints, including websites, social media accounts, print communication, and advertising.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Managing marketing staff, related departments, and external PR and events agencies.
- Works closely with the creative and merchandising manager and Execom for the conceptualization of window display, marketing collaterals, product styling, and other creative initiatives with the goal of execution within the target timetable
