About the role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across our Makati City Metro Manila office. This is a crucial position that will have a direct impact on our ability to attract and hire top talent.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience and cultural fit
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Utilise data and metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
What we're looking for
- Must have at least 6 months of high-volume recruiting experience preferably from BPO companies
- Good English communication skills
- Stable work history relevant to the position
- Amenable to work onsite at Ayala Ave., Makati
- Amenable to work on a Dayshift schedule
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a range of roles and levels
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements
- Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in helping people find their dream roles
