Overview:

You will directly report to the VP of Total Rewards and is responsible for supporting the VP in developing and implementing comprehensive Total Rewards strategies specifically tailored for the Philippines. You will be managing the organization’s compensation and benefits to attract, motivate, and retain employees in the Philippine context. You will also play a critical role in ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, analyzing data to assess program effectiveness, and collaborating with HR and leadership teams to align Total Rewards offerings with the company's goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a supervisor/manager in the field
  • Proven track record in developing & executing comprehensive Total Rewards strategic plans
  • Experience in Workday, human resource information systems experience desired
  • Exposure in Multinational environment predominately BPO/ Call Center / Financial/ Service environment, and with at least 1,500 workforce
  • Extensive skills and knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder Management
  • College degree holder
