This position starts part-time, 20 hours a week. After 60 days of employment, this position will transition into a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable by entering new clients into QuickBooks.
- Generate and send initial invoices and set up recurring billing within QuickBooks.
- Monitor upcoming invoices and contact clients 7 days prior to their due dates.
- Follow up with clients to ensure completion of grant requests for eligibility.
- Record payments received from the state on a monthly basis.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training tools as needed.
- Proven experience using QuickBooks and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
