E-commerce Marketing and Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven and creative E-commerce Marketing and Sales Specialist to help grow our online clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, attracting new customers, and developing digital marketing strategies. This role requires someone who understands e-commerce, social media marketing, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Google, Facebook , Instagram) to target potential customers.
- Handle social media accounts, engaging with audiences and posting regularly.
- Collaborate on content creation, such as product photography, promotional videos, and graphics.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitors.
- Manage customer inquiries through social media, email , and chat platforms.
- Assist in building email marketing campaigns to retain customers and promote sales.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
