The eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist is a cross-functional position ensuring efficiencies in multiple areas of the operation, inventory management, order fulfillment, order packaging, and customer returns processing. This role's primary responsibility is to coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure the safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of online customer orders and needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that all teams covering online fulfillment operates at peak efficiency, with online customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by coordinating, organizing, reporting, strategizing, executing operational goals
• Receive, log, track, and monitor Communication team’s tickets with regards to online orders.
• Assist in solving fulfillment issues by investigating and troubleshooting reported concerns and relays to proper teams.
• Collaborate with different departments and groups in handling and resolving fulfillment issues.
• Analyze processes/procedures and make improvements to save time and resources.
• Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
• Building a winning culture - results and data driven that is continuously learning and improving
• Adhere to with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Standard Operating procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of management, business administration, entrepreneurship, industrial design/engineering, Process-based courses, or equivalent
• In depth knowledge of the retail operations, concepts, practices and procedures
• Minimum 1 year of related experience. Preferably with one (1) year experience in operations and or fulfillment, and experience in eCommerce industry is a plus
