Etsy Operations Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Specialist to manage our Etsy store operations. This role involves uploading products, managing customer service, processing orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring that our store runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage product listings on Etsy.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries.
Process and fulfill orders, ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
Manage promotions, discounts, and coupons.
Track and report on store performance metrics.

Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably on Etsy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Familiarity with order management and inventory systems.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
