Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent to support our company’s growth and success. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through various channels to conducting interviews and tracking key HR metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Utilize various online channels including social media and professional platforms (e.g., Indeed, Job Street, LinkedIn) to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screening: Review and assess resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Advertising: Promote job openings through our company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internal channels.
• Monitoring Metrics: Track and analyze key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and payroll to ensure efficient recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-5 years experience focused on recruitment
• Having an experience in e-commerce, skincare, or fashion industries is a plus
• Proficiency with job portals and recruitment tools; hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
• Must have experience handling marketing, creatives and sales roles.
• Willingness to work full-time and onsite in BGC, Taguig.
