Job Description

As a Sales Admin Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in supporting high-level outreach to Fortune 500 CEOs. This role combines strategic research, data analysis, and personalized communication to drive the company’s sales efforts. You’ll conduct in-depth research on target companies, craft tailored outreach materials, and collaborate directly with the CEO to refine sales strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact a growing tech company’s success while gaining invaluable insights into AI applications in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

  • Research 50 target companies weekly, spending 15-20 minutes per company
  • Profile 1-3 C-suite members for each target, finding relevant public quotes
  • Analyze company websites, annual reports, and news for comprehensive profiles
  • Draft personalized email outreach for each prospect (3-4 lines)
  • Prepare half-page briefs summarizing key findings
  • Collaborate with CEO on outreach strategy refinement
  • Maintain organized database of research and outreach efforts

Requirements

  • Strong research skills with ability to synthesize information quickly
  • Excellent written communication, particularly in crafting concise messages
  • Familiarity with business news, current affairs, and corporate strategies
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, and online research tools
  • Self-motivated with effective time management in remote settings
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to identify relevant information
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
