- Manage complex accounting tasks for a portfolio of individual and small business clients
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss reports
- Conduct in-depth financial reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights for decision-making
- Lead tax preparation and filing processes, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial outcomes
- Offer strategic financial advice based on expert analysis of accounting data
- Oversee and optimize bookkeeping processes, ensuring utmost accuracy in financial records
- Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, applying best practices to client services
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and other cutting-edge accounting software
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and current tax regulations
- Proven experience in tax preparation and filing for individuals and businesses
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for explaining intricate financial concepts to diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority client accounts and meet critical deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred
- Adaptability to work with various industries and client types, from individuals to small businesses
