  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Summary:

  • As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll deliver top-tier support for our AI products by analyzing and resolving support tickets, documenting solutions, and enhancing internal resources. You’ll collaborate closely with OpenAI staff, drive improvements in our support documentation, and share knowledge with your team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and proactive, with relevant experience valued over formal education.

Qualifications

  • Information Technology graduates - computer science, programming, website design etc. (preferred)
  • BPO experience and previous job experience as a technical support is a PLUS
  • Combination of experience and education is preferred
  • At least B2 Language Proficiency Level.
