  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team for an exciting wind farm project. The Electrical Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems within the wind farm facility. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the successful operation of renewable/alternative energy projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct electrical engineering analysis to support the development and implementation of wind farm projects.
  • Design electrical systems, including power distribution, wiring, and control systems, to ensure safe and efficient operation of wind turbines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and contractors to oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Perform site inspections and evaluations to identify and resolve electrical issues or deficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation for wind farm infrastructure.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and failures, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams to ensure effective operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
