Virtual Assistant & Operations

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering email s, and scheduling meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communications tools like Skype .
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high quality work under minimum supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
Oversee all contracts through closing and review contracts and listing documents for completion
Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker
Guard the own’s daily schedule
Responsible for holding accountable all additional administrative tea m me mbers
Proactively create solutions to increase sales weekly
Track sales via sales tracking software
Track projects and tasks through project management software, Click up
Build and maintain an exceptional level of relationships with our team, clientele, vendors and business associates through CRM and various spreadsheets
Proactively create materials to drive sales opportunities
Proactively keep the entire team updated on all project status
Proactively see what needs to be completed, take care of it and give our team updates
When challenges come up, be able to evaluate them, create options as well as pro's & con's lists and the present to our team
Proactively identify business strategic alliances, create, mature and utilize them to achieve our sales and company objectives
Create and modify high quality and powerful Prezi or Microsoft presentations
Find joy in their day to day job and spread it to our team
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Analytics, Etc.
Proactively build out systems and processes by documenting and video them
Writing Skills
Ability to work with Executives in a fast pace virtual environment
High Organizational Skills
Reliable and No excuses attitude
