Tasks And Responsibilities
- Process and enter invoices accurately for both AUD and international accounts
- Reconcile suppliers' accounts to suppliers' statements on a regular basis
- Communicate with Product Managers, Sales staff and/or suppliers to ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Process supplier claims
- Process vendor and non-trade invoices and upload payments to bank
- Prepare local and international payments
- Update cashflow estimates for Finance
- Follow-up suppliers to ensure prompt issue of credits relating to claims
- Send remittances to vendors by deadlines provided by management
- General administration as required from time to time
- Take all reasonably practicable steps to maintain the health and safety of yourself and others, and to minimise risks
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive orientation
- Ability to address creditor issues in an appropriate and timely manner
- Good knowledge of stock receipt and GL coding procedures
- Basic - intermediate accounting practices knowledge
- Basic - intermediate MS Office Applications skills
