As a Recruitment Coordinator, you are responsible for conducting interview arrangements, job posting, offer creation, pre-boarding checks, and onboarding. In this role, you will also gain exposure to some additional HR admin duties and responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide daily support to a team of Recruiters across Southeast Asia
  • Arrange interviews, job postings, offer creation, preboarding checks and onboarding.
  • Generate new starter paperwork and complete other administration HR tasks as required
  • Collaborate with the broader team on process improvements

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment administration including interview scheduling, onboarding and background checking under APAC region.
  • Experience working in a large and complex business environment
  • A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a sharp focus on offering a superb candidate experience is essential
  • Great communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative and high-energy team.
