Digipeak LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The Company Accountant will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and US Taxation regulations, and managing financial reporting. This position requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in accounting, auditing, and taxation. The ideal candidate should also possess exceptional analytical skills and expertise in financial software such as Quickbooks, Netsuite, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure the company's financial operations are compliant with GAAP and US Taxation regulations.

Auditing and Compliance:
Conduct regular financial audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Work with external auditors to facilitate annual financial audits.

Taxation:
Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including federal, state, and local tax filings.
Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Accounting Software Expertise:
Utilize expertise in Quickbooks, Netsuite, and Microsoft Excel to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and internal controls.

Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.
Generate financial analysis reports for decision-making purposes.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models.

Financial Strategy:
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support business goals and growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and US Taxation regulations.
Experience working with a US company
Expertise in financial software, including Quickbooks, Netsuite, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work US office hours in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
