Additional Requirements for the VA Role:

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally in cold calling, digital marketing, or lead generation roles.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Comfort with cold calling is a must.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools like email marketing services, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when managing client data and leads.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, take initiative, and be proactive in identifying opportunities.
