We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Admin Assistant to join our Listing Administration team. This role involves supporting our agents with offer processing and listing paperwork, primarily on a Thursday to Monday schedule that includes weekends. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity in managing their time and staying focused on client tasks during their shift, along with a keen adherence to deadlines. The position allows for flexible working hours. Initially, they will need to work during U.S. business hours for training. Once the training is complete, they can shift to working during Philippine daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offer Processing:
- Review incoming offers following a detailed checklist.
- Double-check all offer details for accuracy.
- Compile and maintain spreadsheets comparing current offers.

2. Listing Paperwork Creation:
- Serve as the primary point of contact on weekends for Listing Agents.
- Prepare listing paperwork for appointments and assist agents after their appointments.
- Coordinate the sending of listing paperwork through DocuSign to clients.

3. Data Entry and Spreadsheet Management:
- Perform accurate data entry related to offers and listings.
- Maintain organized spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes, utilizing Google Sheets and relevant formulas.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and relevant formulas.
- Knowledge of transaction coordination (TC) work and contracts is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Integrity in managing time and maintaining focus on client tasks.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Keen adherence to deadlines.
- Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends.
