I'm seeking a dedicated and resourceful individual to assist me in my job search in the Denver finance and project management industry. Your role will involve conducting thorough research, identifying target companies, and proactively engaging with potential employers on my behalf.

Key Activities:

Research:

Identify industry leaders in Denver's finance sector, focusing on companies offering remote/hybrid work arrangements and those at the intersection of finance and technology.
Research roles include financial analyst, strategic finance, operations manager, data analyst, and project manager within these companies.
Explore relevant job boards and company career pages to discover open positions.
Gather information on company values, culture, and current initiatives.
Prioritize companies undergoing expansion or transformation, checking for news about new projects, acquisitions, or funding rounds.

Application & Outreach:

Submit job applications on my behalf, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Craft custom cover letters tailored to each specific role, company, and hiring manager, highlighting my qualifications and enthusiasm.
Utilize LinkedIn Messaging to connect with hiring managers or recruiters after applying for positions.
Employ email outreach tools like Hunter.io to find email addresses and send professional introductions.
Stay informed about industry trends and news through blogs, newsletters, and publications to enhance communication effectiveness.
If feasible, attend relevant industry events to connect with potential hiring managers in person.
Additional Tasks:

Conduct research on target companies' cultures and values to tailor applications effectively.
Identify company challenges and pain points and position my skills and experience as solutions.
Assist in updating my website/portfolio to showcase my projects and accomplishments.
Maintain a detailed spreadsheet to track job applications, follow-ups, and contacts.

Requirements:

Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking tools.
Ability to craft compelling and personalized cover letters.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the finance industry and related terminology is a plus.
