Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator at Infinity Supply Chain Philippines.

This Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for our coordination through our Singapore branch (Infinity Supply Chain Singapore) while working from our office in Parañaque city.

Tasks such as providing quotations, import/export coordination, trucking/warehousing coordination and ensuring seamless communication within the team and client are key for this role. You will be providing top-notch customer service and using analytical skills to optimize logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our freight forwarding services.

• Coordination: Collaborate closely with partners and agents across different regions to optimize logistics processes.

• RFI/RFQs: Provide quotations and invoices while communicating with stakeholders across different communication platforms.

• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by promptly addressing inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints with professionalism and empathy.

• Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, ensuring that all relevant information is properly documented in our IT system.

• Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed about order status, potential delays, and any issues that may arise. Anticipate their needs and provide proactive solutions.

• Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly and effectively. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of customer service strategies and process enhancements. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Familiar with local and international customs and import/export regulations
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of logistics software and tools
  • Excellent English skills
  • Experience working with Singapore clientele is a plus
