  • 1st point of contact on partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s.

  • Provide response/s and solution/s to partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s.

  • Conducts research and troubleshooting to address partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s.

  • Escalate out-of-scope and/or gray areas to Level 2 point of contact.

  • Participate in performance training development.

  • Maintain and/or exceed performance Service Level Agreement targets.

  • SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 2 years of total work experience

  • With background/knowledge in API

  • Open to Level 1 Technical Support agents with API background/knowledge
