Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Office Assistant for Real Estate Acquisition and Management to join our online Real Estate Acquisition and Management team. As a Virtual Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting with duties associated with Real Estate Acquisition in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our online Real Estate Management. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience with Real Estate Management.
- Experience with Real Estate Acquisition.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).

Skills:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and achievements.
