What Will You Do?

  • Coordinate Site Events: Work alongside the GBS Leadership Team and Business Resource Groups to coordinate and promote site events that cultivate a strong internal culture.
  • Drive Multi-Channel Communications: Support employee communications through a variety of channels, including print, email, video, intranet, and other new technologies!
  • Encourage Social Responsibility: Involve employees in the company's social responsibility initiatives, promoting a culture of giving back!
  • Coordinate Vendors: Coordinate activities with third-party vendors such as agencies, designers, printers, and freelancers, ensuring the effective utilization of services and budget management.

How Will You Get There?

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Validated Experience: Proven success in handling communications activities within a business environment.
  • Communication Skills: Remarkable ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and efficiently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Technological Proficiency: Experience with social media platforms, intranet content development, and other communication technologies.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-starter who is meticulous, proactive, and able to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Canva, and other relevant tools.
  • Personal Integrity: Demonstrates high personal integrity and can work independently while taking initiative as a great teammate.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful and adept at handling pressure.
  • Articulation and Persuasion: Highly eloquent, confident, and persuasive, with the ability to influence and engage others.
