About Us:
We are a growing US e-commerce business specializing in online arbitrage on Amazon FBA. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with various tasks related to our online arbitrage operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately enter product information, pricing, and other relevant data into our systems which utilize airtable
Keepa Analysis: Utilize Keepa to track price history, sales rank, and other key metrics to make informed purchasing decisions.
Reverse Sourcing: Identify profitable products by reverse sourcing from competitor listings and other sources.
Purchasing: Assist in purchasing inventory from various online retailers and suppliers.
Reconciliation: Reconcile purchase orders, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial records.
Qualifications:

Previous experience with Amazon FBA and online arbitrage.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail - Must know basics of airtable
Familiarity with Keepa and other Amazon research tools.
Strong analytical skills for reverse sourcing and product research.
Experience with purchasing and inventory management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Must speak english

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional Amazon tools and software (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10).
Basic understanding of financial reconciliation and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with online retail platforms and suppliers.
