Job Overview:
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Product Listing Optimisation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for improving product listings across various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, ManoMano, and more. Your main focus will be to boost product visibility, drive conversions, and increase sales by optimising listings according to the best practices of each marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Adding New Products: Manage the addition of new products from all suppliers, ensuring they are listed on all relevant marketplaces and helping onboard new marketplaces as needed.
Optimising Product Listings: Enhance product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and other key details to improve search rankings and performance across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and ManoMano.
Content Enhancement: Revise and improve product descriptions to make them more appealing and engaging for target audiences.
Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitor listings and pricing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and maintaining a competitive edge.
Marketplace Policies: Stay up-to-date with changes in marketplace policies to ensure all listings comply, avoiding suspensions or penalties.
Inventory and Pricing Management: Collaborate with inventory and pricing teams to ensure products are in stock and priced competitively.
Reporting: Generate regular performance reports on product listings, offering recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Required Skills:

Experience: Proven experience optimising product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Mirakl, or ManoMano.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure listings are accurate and fully optimised for each marketplace’s standards.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and write clear, engaging product descriptions.
Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple listings, campaigns, and platform requirements efficiently.
International Marketplace Experience: Familiarity with working across multiple global marketplaces like Amazon UK and the EU.
Basic Image Optimisation: A basic understanding of how to optimise product images to meet marketplace standards.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Tools Expertise: Experience with tools like Channable or similar platforms for keyword research, competitor analysis, and tracking performance.
SEO Knowledge: An understanding of SEO, for e-commerce platforms and marketplace search algorithms.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and trends, using them to optimise listings for better results.
Amazon Expertise: Familiarity with Amazon's A+ basic and premium content features.
