At Neretva Group, we are dedicated to fostering a productive and positive work environment. We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our office operations and contribute to our company's growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the training and development of staff to ensure continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
- Manage the office space, including coordinating with office directors on space utilization and maintenance.
- Handle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Perform various HR tasks such as employee relations, performance evaluations, and benefits administration.
- Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the management team, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Experience & Requirements:
- Relevant BPO/Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a BPO or call center environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry-specific operations and challenges.
- Management Experience: At least 2 years in a management role within the BPO industry, with a track record of effective team leadership and project management.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks and projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels and external partners.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
