Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Ad Manager & Listing Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and optimizing product listings to increase visibility and conversion rates. You will be responsible for developing and executing Amazon ad strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that our product listings are fully optimized to rank highly on Amazon search results.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon PPC Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
Manage daily budgets, bids, and keywords to maximize ROI and sales.
Perform keyword research and utilize data to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor ad performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed reports.
Implement strategies for bid optimization, negative keyword management, and placement adjustments.
Listing Optimization

Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
Enhance product listings with high-quality images and A+ content (if available).
Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Implement and monitor Amazon SEO strategies to increase organic ranking.
Optimize backend search terms, keywords, and product attributes.
Product Launch Strategies

Develop and execute launch strategies for new products to gain early traction.
Use promotional campaigns, PPC ads, and targeted keywords to drive initial visibility.
Monitor product performance post-launch and adjust strategies as needed.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze campaign and listing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Use data to develop new strategies for increasing sales and reducing ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales).
Requirements:

Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns and optimizing listings.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its advertising platforms.
Expertise in keyword research, Amazon SEO, and competitor analysis.
Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and stay up-to-date on Amazon’s changing algorithms and policies.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Registry.
Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and advertising tools.
Strong understanding of copywriting principles for product listings.
Work Hours: Flexible, with availability for meetings during business hours (PST).
