Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. Weekend work may be required during peak periods (<1% of the time).

Experience Required: Four years in search marketing or equivalent experience.

Overview: The Paid Search Specialist will manage search campaigns and should possess four years of experience in Paid Search, Display, or Shopping campaigns. Candidates should be self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement campaign components: keywords, ad copy, site optimization
  • Optimize shopping feeds and account structures
  • Conduct account audits and monitor performance goals
  • Develop strategies aligned with client goals
  • Lead client calls and provide troubleshooting support
  • Assist in data collection and reporting
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and improve skills
  • Maintain certifications in search engine marketing tools


Requirements

  • Four years of search marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree with critical thinking and quantitative skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Analytics
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask


Preferred:

  • Experience with Google Merchant Center, Bing Ads, and other PPC tools
  • Google Certifications
  • Experience with third-party bidding and real-time bidding software
