  • Responsible for assisting in the administration and supervision of a company’s Fleet and logistics management encompassing every aspect of preventive maintenance, procurement, record keeping and reporting. Overall, to develop, maintain and continuously improve Logistics operations.
  • Oversee activities with regards to the Fleet management acquisition, repair, and preventive maintenance and replacement of fleet to meet the company’s logistics needs.
  • Liaise with finance/internal audit to ensure adequate control and monitoring of Fleet management and fuel usage and records.
  • Coordinate all activities in planning, scheduling, and reconciliation about operational requirements.
  • Provide support to the Manager for various departmental and organizational projects. Plan and coordinate to input data to meet requirement objectives.
  • Performs regular reports and updates as necessary to ensure accuracy and validity of requirements/transactions.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional education or degree in administration/business or supply chain
  • Proven experience with at least 3- 5 in administration/logistics management and supply chain
