Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution in the market.

How will you contribute:

  • Monitors the quality of service and products for the Group.
  • Devise sampling procedure and directions for recording and reporting of quality data.
  • Ensures that the Customer Experience is top quality.
  • Monitors Customer Service Complaints and works with Product to improve the service and experience.
  • Assist the Group Head to implement quality assurance programs, improve product efficiencies. Helps review current products across the market.
  • Perform Transaction monitoring for required BSP and Bank required accounts.
  • Participate in cross-function and customer support meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.

What will make you successful:

  • 4-Year College Degree of any course
  • At least 5 years experience with product review and analysis and customer service
  • Must have background in Quality Assurance and KYC
  • Has knowledge in operations management such as lean management, six sigma, activity based costing, order management
  • Adept in use of excel and its macro functions
