Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounts receivable cycle from invoicing to payment collection.
  • Generate and send out invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and communicate with customers to resolve any payment issues.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records of receivables transactions.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring contact details and billing information are current.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls related to the receivables process.
