Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle from invoicing to payment collection.
- Generate and send out invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and communicate with customers to resolve any payment issues.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records of receivables transactions.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper cash flow management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring contact details and billing information are current.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls related to the receivables process.
