Core Duties

  • Own the data hygiene of all sales and marketing data within HubSpot CRM that includes ongoing scrubbing and cleanup of sales data within HubSpot.
  • Maintaining accuracy of customer and prospect accounts in HubSpot, and other related systems. Tasks include the manual transfer of data between systems both integrated and not integrated.
  • Ongoing maintenance and updating of customer records, contact records, deal records or other items related to new sales, accounts, mergers, acquisitions and the like.
  • Proactively review digital content that shared Industry changes, updates and report on such to sales and marketing. Includes but not limited to mergers and acquisitions within the insurance industry.
  • Design and execute analytical research and compiling reports for key strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Leveraging HubSpot and other related tools or data sources.
  • Respond to incoming tasks and requests related to any customer or deal data, including but not limited to the Sales team, Marketing team, Implementations team, or Client Consulting team.
  • Work in a sprint environment, focused on high-priority tasks as determined by the Revenue Operations leadership.
  • Suggest process, data, integration, automation and reporting improvements to the Revenue Operations team.
  • Support the monthly reporting cadence as it relates to the pipeline, activities, and revenue results.
  • Respond to business requests as needed from Revenue Operations or Cross functional leadership with additional responsibility for ongoing data hygiene across multiple systems, data entry and written communication.
  • The creation, accuracy, and efficient distribution of sales metrics, reports, and other sales related business intelligence essential to Patra delivering a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Ability to self-manage tasks and deliverables while being flexible to adapting priorities and unforeseen deadlines. Organization and attention to detail is critical to deliver accurate, and timely results.

Minimum Requirements - Education & Experience

  • BA or BS (undergraduate degree) in Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields preferred (Other degree types such as AA and certifications will be considered)
  • Proficiency in data mining and analysis
  • HubSpot proficiency required: Certifications in HubSpot or proficient experience in HubSpot reporting and analytics and basic administration
  • Able to work in other non-standard systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel Skills, and proficient with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI; SQL a plus
  • Proven expertise in sales automation, metrics, process, and productivity.
  • Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and customer teams in organizations to analyze and report performance.
  • Excellent English verbal, written and listening skills.
  • Ability to work constructively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for excellence.

Working Conditions

  • Work from home
  • Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload, no satellite.
  • This will be night shift, EST time zone
