Roles and responsibilities are listed but not limited to the following:

  • Perform day to day accounts payable & travel & expense activities with required speed and accuracy across invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor master setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment, vendor helpdesk – vendor inquiries – email, voice/calls, chats, etc. Employees T&E processing and audits, employee inquiry resolution via emails, calls, chat, etc.
  • Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
  • Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any related degree
  • With more than 2 years actual AP and T&E experience is required
  • Exposure to any F&A/BPO/Shared services with business based out in Europe is an advantage
  • Preferably with SAP experience and knowledgeable in AP processes and compliance
  • Advance English language fluency both written and verbal, good business awareness, understands team work, adaptive and has excellent time management
  • Must be willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule and 24/7 shifting schedules
