Project Engineer (Project-based)

Job Purpose:

This job is responsible for project designs, cost estimates, project supervision, and other technical services necessary in the generation of sales of all company products and services following established policies and guidelines.

Job Scope:

Facilitation project estimates which include the following:

• Preparation of Roof Plan through the use of ACAD or conventional drafting for projects for installation and/or whenever required.
• Preparation of cutting list, bent details, and other accessories required
• Preparation of requirements for Sales Quotations for Special Projects.
• Preparation of Bar Chart (activity sequencing) for project timetable
• Performs/assists actual measurements for projects that need cost-estimated other technical supports.
• Project supervision of all installed projects by conducting the following:
• Pre-mobilization inspection and installation contracts documentation.
• Project inspection during installation or as necessary
• Serving the Notice of Completion upon completion of the project and the Customer Feedback Survey in compliance with the ISO documentation requirements.
• Process installers’ billings of company-installed projects.
• Provide technical assistance to walk-in/in-house and/or prospective buyers.
• Assist in Product Presentation and extend technical assistance as requested by sales personnel.
• Conduct product and technical sessions/orientation for all Marketing personnel who need the required knowledge.
• Preparation of necessary reports for meetings and project monitoring.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by superiors for the attainment of company goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
• A PRC license is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years experience in the same field.
• Familiarity with the industry and the position is an advantage.

Skills/Personality Needed:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
• Understanding project finance and economic analysis for solar energy projects is advantageous.
• Highly trainable and willing to travel.
