Executive Assistant (Accounting)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and payable management.

Ensuring accurate and timely payments and receivables, maintaining meticulous financial

records, and collaborating effectively across departments for efficient financial operations.

Basic accounting assistance, keeping detailed track of monthly expenses, invoice, reports and

financial reconciliation.

Manage basic bookkeeping, scheduling, data entry and invoicing management.

Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

Manage files and documents efficiently using Google Drive and other tools.

Efficiently input data into spreadsheets and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.

Work directly with the platform, handling heavy data and performing simple tasks as needed.

Stay on top of tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Very super proficient in Go High Level (specifically invoicing, sending contracts).

Proficient in using QuickBooks.

Proficient in using Go High Level (or other CRM software).

Experience using Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google Drive.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Candidate must be proficient in English both written and spoken).

Organized, proactive, detail oriented and should maintain a strict confidentiality policy.

Excellent research skills with the ability to gather data from various sources.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.

Good research abilities and highly initiative.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
