WHAT YOU WILL DO
The RTM Manager Special Project will directly report to the Special Project Office and will be responsible for priority projects as identified by the President and CEO to drive continuous excellence, process efficiencies and value adding initiatives to PCPPI’s Business Value Chain. He/She is expected to:
• Work with different Function Heads and stakeholders in establishing processes
• Maintain integrated view of all company-wide projects
• Execution of certain priority initiatives (end-to-end)
• Ensure plan is achievable
• Maintain project backlog, resource planning, risks and tracking
• Report progress and escalate decisions/risks
• Coordinate development of risk mitigation recommendations
• Ensure inter-departmental communication and integrated execution while managing the pace of decision-making
• Manage and lead national RTM (Route To Market) role
• Building the RTM Strategies for various market models across state markets
• Set the Sales Processes like Sales Planning, primary and secondary sales execution for sales excellence
• Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company strategies
• Execute and evaluate RTM performance distributor infrastructure
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate of any course.
- Minimum of (2) years experience in handling multiple projects and portfolio management
- Beverage companies including Spirits industry and FMCG.
- Experience working in a start-up company is a plus
- Capable to lead, plan, and develop FI Projects
- Leadership Skills: Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling (PLOC), Manage Results Through Others, Internal and External Collaboration
- Advance skills in MS Excel and Reports Preparation
- Highly mobile
