  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Senior Accountant, Your Main Activities Will Be
  • Financial Reporting.
  • General Ledger maintenance and management.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Approve accounts payables
  • Make sure the invoices were posted correctly.
  • Payroll final approval.
  • Intercompany transactions approval.
  • Excel Reporting (Prepare data to put in a format and prepare some analysis and forecasting).
  • Review and improve procedures.
  • Support with tax returns
  • Treasury management

WORK SCHEDULE

THIS IS GRAVEYARD SHIFT POSITION

Monday - Friday

During US Daylight Saving Time
  • 9:00 PM. - 6:00 AM. Manila Standard Time

Regular Schedule
  • 10:00 PM. - 7:00 AM. Manila Standard Time

Minimum Requirements
  • MUST HAVE ADVANCED ENGLISH (speaking and writing)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or similar positions.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing).

EQUIPMENT AND INTERNET
  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
