Specialized in supply chain management, the Demand Planner of Suyen food brands is responsible for forecasting supplies and customer demand using data analysis to perform inventory management and predict sales trends. They also work with our Brand Assistants, who do the merchandising.

Job Role

  • Monitor forecast and safety stock levels, and adjust accordingly
  • Review item forecasts for new, existing and discontinued products
  • Collaborate with Merchandisers, Operations teams to facilitate effective demand planning
  • Prioritize production based on supply chain deficits, product demand and sales forecasts
  • Monitor product costing with marketing at the item level for all categories
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance overall funnel conversion metrics

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
  • Has gained at least 2 years experience in Retail Food, Restaurant industry (F&B)
  • Excellent in MS Excel
