Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to create training events, design and develop curriculum and modules, and facilitate competency-based/behavioral training programs for all employees, including leadership programs for senior executives.
  • Enhance course delivery based on feedback received to improve course effectiveness
  • Conduct training needs analysis, and create/design and develop and implement learning strategies and programs.
  • Maintain/Administrate the online learning management system
  • Acts as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding learning and development
  • Collaborate with business operations and horizontal workgroups such as Domain Centers of Excellence, Quality Team, Business Excellence, etc with regard to the implementation of learning interventions

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or have completed 1st year in college
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • Basic learning management system (LMS) knowledge
  • Applicants must be willing to work onsite in BGC (70:30 Set-Up)
