???? Role Overview:
The Klaviyo Client Manager will oversee client communication, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. This role requires leading bi-weekly client meetings, conducting weekly internal meetings, and consistently collaborating with the delivery team for flawless project execution.
???? Key Responsibilities:
-Manage client communications and bi-weekly strategy calls.
-Ensure seamless project execution in coordination with the delivery team.
-Conduct weekly tea m me etings to align project goals and strategies.
-Strategize and manage promotional email campaigns in alignment with broader marketing efforts.
-Lead and manage communication across the team of designers, copywriters, and project managers.
-Oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns.
-Potentially manage a portfolio of 8-12 clients, growing incrementally.
-Maintain high standards of quality across all email content and strategies.
???? What We're Looking For:
-Excellent written and conversational English skills.
-Confident with speaking with clients on camera
-At least 3 years of experience in client management, e-commerce, team management, and Klaviyo email marketing.
- At least 3 years of project management experience
-A proven track record of managing multiple e-commerce clients simultaneously.
-Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and analytics.
