Engineering Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and production, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
