  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and driven individuals to join our cold calling sales team. This is not just a job; it's a career move with significant earning potential for those who have the skills to close deals on the phone in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 100-200 calls per day, including follow-ups, to real estate agents.
Communicate clearly and effectively to sell and close deals on the first call.
Maintain a positive attitude and stay focused, even when faced with challenges.
Be teachable and open to coaching from our experienced sales leaders.
Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
Proven track record of closing deals on the first call.
Positive attitude and resilience in the face of setbacks.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Must be available to work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, in the Vancouver, Canada time zone.
Compensation:

Competitive commission for every account closed.
Top performers can expect to close 15+ accounts per month, leading to substantial earnings. we will also have bonus programs when targets are hit both as a team and individual.
